Our unique Mongolia Pilgrimage will integrate Buddhist
teachings with yoga lineages from the Indian tradition, that
historically have been practiced in ancient Mongolia and are little
known. In our daily itinerary, we will teach and practice
meditation, in conjunction with the
ancient spiritual sciences such that will include
self-transforming physical and mental exercises. Through these
self-purification techniques one will have learned the ability to
develop extraordinary control over both mind and body as a path
towards inner freedom and peace. All levels of participants welcomed
and encouraged!
